296 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 296 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any services provided. By using the 296 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 296 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all policies referenced in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 296 platform.
The 296 platform is a service available to individuals who have reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to them. 296 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot confirm the required age eligibility.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 296 as the platform provider. Continued use following any changes to the terms means you accept the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 296 platform.
- Information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Registering with a false identity or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
- 296 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through document verification.
Security Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly report any unauthorised access.
- Using a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone are strongly recommended practices.
- 296 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 296 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 296 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or financial transactions.
- Using a 296 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Accessing another user's account without their authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 296 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 296 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via supported payment methods, including online banking through FPX and available local digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid for use.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on the chosen method. 296 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 296 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside the respective offer. Users found to be abusing the bonus system may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended without prior notice.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Account Suspension & Closure
296 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without providing compensation:
- Fraud or suspicious activity detected by our monitoring systems.
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Requests from competent authorities under Malaysian law.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified under 296's current policy.
- Users who re-register after their account was closed due to a violation.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 296 platform are the intellectual property of 296 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to:
- Copying, distributing, or reproducing any platform content without written permission.
- Using 296's name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation.
- Reverse engineering any software or system on the platform.
Overall Liability Cap
296 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business disruption, or data loss. 296's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim. Users agree that use of the platform is entirely at their own risk.
General Provisions & Amendments
Third-Party Links & Services
The 296 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. 296 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and policies separately before engaging with their services.
Amendments to These Terms
296 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes may close their account before the effective date.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. By using the 296 platform, users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or disputes.
